I want to update my payment method. How can I do this?
1. Login to your Boylesports.com account
2. Click here and add a new payment method
Alternatively
1. Login to your Boylesports.com account
2. Navigate to the deposit page and select ‘Manage payment instruments’
3. Select ‘Add New Payment Method’ and input your new details
4. Your card details will be updated
Can I use someone else’s card?
For security purposes and to ensure your data integrity, we can only accept credit/debit cards registered in the Boylesports account holder’s name.

How do I qualify for your Cheltenham Every 2nd Counts Promo?
It couldn’t be easier! Simply place a bet via www.boylesports.com, m.boylesports.com and/or Fon-a-Bet on any of the 1st 4 races on Day 1 of Cheltenham and you will automatically qualify if your horse finishes 2nd.
What is the maximum refund I can get?
We are feeling pretty generous here so you can get up to €/£200 back on each qualifying race.
When did this offer start?
We launched the promotion on Friday 24th Feb at 9am. You can keep placing bets up until the start of the Champions Hurdle to be in with that 2nd Chance!

When will I receive my free bet?
You’ve placed your qualifying bet and you’re now wondering where your free bet is. Don’t worry…the free bet will be added to your account on a “next-day” basis so if you have placed your first bet today, our system will apply your free bet tomorrow.
My free bet has been added to my account but how do I use it?
Great! You are now ready to pick that winning selection using your free bet. To do this, simply choose your selection and tick the “use free balance” box which you will see in your bet slip.
What else do I need to know?
Any winnings that have come from your free bet will not include the free bet stake.
If you have deposited by Moneybookers/Neteller, you will not be eligible for a free bet.
Bets placed using a free bet will not qualify for other offers such as cashbacks specials.
